Vulcabras (VULC3) reported recurring net income of R$ 143.7 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26). In the same period, the company recorded gross revenue of R$ 4.4 billion on a last-12-months basis, marking its 24th consecutive quarter of growth.

In 2Q26, recurring EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled R$ 208.6 million, representing a recurring EBITDA margin of 21.0%. The recurring net margin for the quarter was 14.4%.

Considering the 12-month period ended in 2Q26, the company reported an annualized adjusted return on invested capital (ROIC) of 33.8%.
