On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Grendene (GRND3) approved the 2nd advance distribution of dividends for the 2026 fiscal year, based on net income recorded through June 30, 2026. The total amount will be R$ 58,595,291.98, which corresponds to R$ 0.06495 per common share, excluding treasury shares.
Of the total amount, R$ 29,996,820 will be paid as Interest on Equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) imputed to the dividend, equivalent to R$ 0.03325 gross per share. The remaining R$ 28,598,471.98 will be distributed as dividends, in the amount of R$ 0.03170 per share, also excluding treasury shares, subject to withholding of Income Tax at source when applicable.
Shareholders holding common shares GRND3 registered on the company’s books on August 21, 2026, the record date set by Grendene, will be entitled to the distributions. The shares will trade ex-dividends and ex-JCP on B3 as of August 24, 2026.
Payment will be made in Brazilian currency, in a single installment, starting September 9, 2026, without additional remuneration or monetary adjustment. Credits will be processed according to the information registered with BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros, the share registrar, or by B3’s custody agents for those who hold the shares in the custody environment.
Shareholders with outdated registrations, without CPF/CNPJ, or without indicated bank credit option will receive the amounts after updating their information with BTG Pactual via the email address provided by the company.
