On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Fleury S.A. (FLRY3) approved the distribution of interest on equity (Juros sobre Capital Próprio – JCP) in the gross amount of R$ 0.40073265756 per share, excluding treasury shares, related to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The total amount of the distribution will be R$ 217,848,775.05, already considered for the fulfillment of the mandatory minimum dividend for the period.
Shareholders holding shares at the close of trading on August 11, 2026, on B3 will be entitled to the JCP. As of August 12, 2026, the company’s shares will trade ex-rights to this JCP ("ex-JCP").
Payment of the JCP will take place on October 2, 2026. The distributed amount will be subject to withholding income tax at source at a rate of 17.5%, except for shareholders who prove they are exempt or immune, or who are domiciled in countries or jurisdictions with a different rate provided for by law.
For shareholders with shares deposited at B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, the amounts will be credited according to B3’s own procedures, through the custody agents. The other shareholders will receive payment according to the records held at Banco Bradesco S.A., and any update of registration data, when necessary, must be carried out directly at one of the bank’s branches.
