Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos (ONCO3) reported that on July 13, 2026, it filed for Out-of-Court Reorganization (Recuperação Extrajudicial) to address the restructuring and reprofiling of unsecured financial debts in the approximate amount of R$ 5.1 bn, in addition to other intercompany credits, in the context of 2026.

On August 4, 2026, the judge of the 3rd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of São Paulo accepted the processing of the Out-of-Court Reorganization and granted a 180-day stay period for the claims covered by the plan, including lawsuits, executions, bankruptcy filings and attachment measures.

The court decision also imposed a 90-day injunction suspending the effectiveness of contractual clauses for early maturity, termination and equivalent effects triggered by the out-of-court reorganization filing.

Another injunction ordered health plan operators to refrain from implementing delisting, termination, suspension of services, blocking of schedules or withholding of payments based on Oncoclínicas’ Out-of-Court Reorganization filing.

According to the company, the full decision will be made available on its website, and Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) stated that it will keep the market informed of new developments related to the Out-of-Court Reorganization process in 2026.
