Vitru Educação (VTRU3) reported this Friday, July 31, 2026, the resignation of Rivadávia Correa Drummond de Alvarenga Neto from his position as independent member of the board of directors and its advisory committees, with immediate effect. On the same date, the board elected Camila Cardoso Rotella as the new independent board member, with a term of office until the next general shareholders’ meeting, whether annual or extraordinary.
According to the announcement, Camila Cardoso Rotella holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. She has experience in strategy, having worked for seven years at Bain & Company and 11 years in the education sector at Cogna and Somos Educação, where she led new business, academic, technology and operations areas. She is currently head of rental, buying and selling operations at QuintoAndar in Brazil.
