Eternit (ETER3) reported this Friday, July 24, 2026, the start of the succession process for the company’s industrial board, in line with its Succession Policy. The announcement does not present financial data, but details the transition structure in the industrial area.

The current industrial director, José Ricardo Reichert, will remain in the position during the transition period, supporting the transfer of responsibilities to José Augusto Stier, currently industrial superintendent and nominated to succeed him. The appointment of the new industrial director still depends on the completion of the transition and approval by the board of directors, with the expectation that it will occur by the end of the second half of 2026. So far, there has been no change in the composition of Eternit’s executive board.

José Augusto Stier has been part of the Eternit Group since 2013 and currently serves as industrial superintendent of the group’s fiber cement operations, after having held positions of increasing responsibility in different industrial units.
