In this Tuesday’s intraday session, the Ibovespa was up 0.99%, at 177,067.05 points, slightly trimming the gain seen at the open. Among the day’s highlights, Ambipar (AMBP3) posted the biggest gain so far, quoted at R$ 0.17, up 6.25%, while TIM (TIMS3) showed the biggest drop, at R$ 20.33, down 5.44%.
On the gainers’ side, in addition to AMBP3, Lojas Quero-Quero (LJQQ3) was trading higher, at R$ 1.22, up 3.39%. Grupo GPS (GGPS3) rose to R$ 12.02, up 3.26%, followed by JSL (JSLG3), which was quoted at R$ 5.74, up 3.24%. Viveo (VVEO3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers in the session so far, at R$ 0.67, with a positive move of 3.08%.
On the losing side, TIMS3 led the declines, trading at R$ 20.33, down 5.44%. Light (LIGT3) was also down, quoted at R$ 2.95, a drop of 5.14%. Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) was among the main negative contributors, at R$ 34.32, down 4.62%. Shares of DASA (DASA3) were trading at R$ 2.73, down 4.21%, while CVC (CVCB3) fell to R$ 1.33, a loss of 2.21%.
Compared with the start of the session, when the Ibovespa was up 1.4% and UCAS3 was among the top gainers, the index remained on a positive path, but with a smaller advance, at 0.99% in the latest reading. The sector highlights also changed from the beginning of the session, with AMBP3 entering the list of top gainers and TIMS3 taking over as the biggest decliner in the intraday monitoring.
