At the opening of today’s B3 session, the Ibovespa stood at 174,328.40 points, up 0.16%, while shares of Banco BTG Pactual (BPAC3) advanced 5.02%, quoted at R$ 23.00, ranking as the top gainer at the start of trading. On the opposite end, Metalúrgica Gerdau (GOAU3) fell 0.73%, trading at R$ 9.52, posting the steepest drop among the early-session highlights.
Among the top gainers in the first minutes of trading, in addition to BPAC3, were shares of Gafisa (GFSA3), which rose 2.86%, quoted at R$ 0.36. Braskem (BRKM3) shares were trading at R$ 5.12, up 1.39%, while Portobello (PTBL3) advanced 1.21% to R$ 1.67. Rede Mater Dei de Saúde (MATD3) was also up 1.03%, quoted at R$ 4.91.
On the losing side, in addition to GOAU3, shares of Even (EVEN3) were down 0.41%, at R$ 4.88. CSU Digital (CSUD3) also slipped at the open, down 0.21%, quoted at R$ 14.26. At the time of the survey, only three companies were among the biggest decliners in this early trading session, reflecting a picture of moderate moves against the Ibovespa’s slight gain.
