Orizon Valorização de Resíduos (ORVR3) announced on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the election of Dalton Assumção Canelhas Filho as chief operating officer of the companies OrizonVR and Orizon Meio Ambiente, replacing Hamilton Amadeo, who will leave the executive position at the companies of the economic group.

According to the announcement, Dalton Filho has been with Orizon since February 2013 and has already held the position of chief operating officer of the companies between December 2013 and October 2024, later remaining as a member of the board of directors of OrizonVR. He holds a civil engineering degree from FAAP, with experience in operating the group’s assets and prior work as a board member of investee companies.
