Regarding RANI3, the company reported net income of R$ 56.5 million in 3Q26, with net revenue of R$ 456.6 million and adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$ 152 million in the quarter. PMAM3 saw the full conversion of its 11th issuance of debentures into shares, resulting in a new controlling shareholder with more than 81% of the capital.
