On September 8, 2026, Charles River Administradora de Recursos Financeiros Ltda. reported that, after selling a relevant equity stake, the funds it manages came to hold 15,292,800 common shares issued by Iochpe-Maxion (MYPK3), equivalent to 9.95% of the company’s common shares.
According to Charles River, the stake may be increased or reduced and, as of this date, there are no other shares or securities, including derivatives, issued by Iochpe-Maxion held by the funds it manages. The asset manager also stated that the purpose of the stake is investment, with no intention of changing the company’s control structure or management, and that it is not party to any agreement or contract regarding the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of the company’s securities.
