Iochpe-Maxion (MYPK3) reported this Wednesday, August 26, 2026, that the Board of Directors has appointed Estela Maris Vieira de Souza as a member of the company’s Statutory Audit Committee, effective as of September 1, 2026, replacing Edmilson Baraldi.
According to the announcement, Estela Maris Vieira de Souza has experience in corporate accounting, auditing, accounting and corporate governance, with more than 30 years of work in independent auditing, including as a partner, and currently serves on and coordinates audit committees and other governance bodies of publicly traded companies.
As of September 1, 2026, Iochpe-Maxion’s Statutory Audit Committee will be composed of Edward Ruiz, the committee’s coordinator, Henrique Bredda, an independent member of the company’s Board, and Estela Maris Vieira de Souza.
