Trisul (TRIS3) reported net income of R$ 213 million in 2025, with net revenue of R$ 1.4 billion and return on equity (ROE) of 14.4%. In the same year, the company recorded launches totaling R$ 2.9 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV) and gross sales of R$ 1.8 billion, in addition to deliveries that amounted to R$ 786 million.
In the year to June 2026 (6M26), Trisul posted net revenue of R$ 713 million, up 26.1% from R$ 566 million in 6M25. Net income before non-controlling interests totaled R$ 73 million in 6M26, versus R$ 93 million in 6M25, with a net margin of 10.3% compared with 16.4% a year earlier. Gross margin fell from 31.5% in 6M25 to 27.2% in 6M26, with gross profit of R$ 194 million.
Launches reached GDV of R$ 2.9 billion in 2025, more than double the R$ 1.341 billion in 2024, while net sales came to R$ 1.659 billion in 2025, versus R$ 1.683 billion in 2024. In 6M26, launched GDV was R$ 1.039 billion, a 104.8% increase over the R$ 507 million in 6M25, and net sales totaled R$ 858 million, growth of 48.9% in the same comparison. Selling expenses fell from 8.7% of net sales in 6M25 to 6.9% in 6M26.
In terms of cash and indebtedness, operating cash reached R$ 214 million in 6M26. In June 2026, net debt was R$ 445.4 million, compared with R$ 533.9 million in December 2025, with the net debt/shareholders’ equity ratio dropping from 36.1% to 29.1%. Excluding financing from the Housing Finance System (SFH), net debt represented 0.8% of shareholders’ equity in June 2026, versus a negative position of 4.9% in December 2025.
The company also reported that in June 2026 it had a backlog of R$ 1.37 billion in revenue to be recognized, with gross margin to be recognized of 36.2%, compared with 35.7% in June 2025. The landbank totaled R$ 6.8 billion in GDV in the second quarter of 2026, approximately R$ 3.1 billion in the middle- and high-income segment (MAP) and R$ 3.7 billion in the low-income segment, with 55% of the landbank linked to the Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) program.
