Trisul (TRIS3) reported this Thursday, August 13, 2026, that its Board of Directors has appointed José Sayeg Neto as a member of the board, continuing the term of Ronaldo José Sayeg, who resigned. The new board member’s term will last until the first General Meeting that is subsequently held.
According to the company, José Sayeg Neto holds a civil engineering degree from FAAP, has a postgraduate degree from Insper, and has worked at Trisul for more than 16 years. The company also stated that it will update its reports and reaffirmed its commitment to corporate governance practices and the sustainable creation of value for shareholders, clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
