CPFL Energia (CPFE3) will pay on October 23, 2026, the fifth installment of 2026 dividends, in the total amount of R$ 250,000,000.00. The amount corresponds to R$ 0.216965968 per share and was declared at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2026, the date on which shareholders became entitled to the proceeds.
According to the company, shareholders holding shares on April 29, 2026 are entitled to the dividends, and as of April 30, 2026, the shares have been traded on B3 on an “ex-dividend” basis.
Shareholders with shares held in custody at Banco do Brasil, which is responsible for bookkeeping CPFL Energia’s shares, will receive the credit in their checking accounts in accordance with their registration with the institution. Investors with shares held in custody at B3 will receive payment through the respective custodian institutions.
The company also notes that the new rules on withholding income tax will be applied to the payment, in accordance with Law No. 15,270 of November 26, 2025, in effect since January 2026.
