CPFL Energia (CPFE3) announced it will make, on September 24, 2026, the fourth payment of dividends approved at the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2026, in the total amount of R$ 700,000,000. The notice refers to 2026 dividends, and the record date to be entitled to receive them was April 29, 2026.

According to the table released by the company, the 2026 dividend declaration totaled R$ 4,299,679,158.85, equivalent to R$ 3.731536204 per share. Three payments have already been made, in the amounts of R$ 1,300,000,000.00 (R$ 1.128223034 per share) on May 18, 2026, R$ 850,000,000.00 (R$ 0.130179581 per share) on June 18, 2026, and R$ 250,000,000.00 (R$ 0.216965968 per share) on August 21, 2026.

After the fourth installment of R$ 700,000,000.00, a balance of R$ 1,899,679,158.85 in dividends will remain to be paid by December 31, 2026, corresponding to R$ 1.648662911 per share. The shares have been traded “ex-dividend” on B3 since April 30, 2026.

For shareholders whose book-entry shares are held at Banco do Brasil, which is responsible for maintaining the share registry of CPFL Energia, payment will be made via credit to their checking accounts, according to their registered details. The amounts related to shares held in custody at B3 will be credited to the depository, which will transfer the funds to the custodian institutions and, subsequently, to the beneficial shareholders.

The company also noted that the dividends will be subject to the new withholding Income Tax rules set out in Law No. 15,270 of November 26, 2025, in effect since January 2026.
