At the close of this Friday’s session, the Ibovespa ended down 0.26%, at 183,476.86 points, while shares of Arezzo (AZZA3) climbed to R$ 16.33, up 12.62%, and Armac (ARML3) slipped to R$ 4.22, a drop of 9.64%. Among retailers, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) ended the day at R$ 1.01, up 10.99%, and Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) closed at R$ 6.72, advancing 6.67%.
At the top of the day’s gainers, AZZA3 secured first place at R$ 16.33 (+12.62%), after having posted higher intraday swings in earlier partial readings. BHIA3 ranked second among the winners, at R$ 1.01 (+10.99%), in a session that follows a recent announcement of changes to the company’s executive board and committee. ROMI3 (Indústrias Romi) rose to R$ 6.33, gaining 7.65%, amid corporate developments disclosed in recent days, such as approval of JCP (Interest on Equity) for 2026 and recognition of a relevant tax gain.
Rounding out the list of the top five gainers, Even (EVEN3) closed at R$ 4.92, up 7.19%, after recently reporting net income of R$ 77 million in the first half of 2026, with adjusted gross profit of R$ 281 million and a 33.4% margin. Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) also finished among the positive standouts, quoted at R$ 6.72, advancing 6.67% in the session.
Among the biggest losers, Armac (ARML3) posted the worst performance of the day, at R$ 4.22 (-9.64%), after having dropped more than 11% in mid-afternoon readings. Paranapanema (PMAM3) ended at R$ 0.39, down 7.14%, in a move that comes in the same week the company completed the subscription of leftover shares from its 11th issue of convertible debentures. Randon (RAPT4) closed at R$ 4.75, down 6.31%, after recently reporting revenue of R$ 1.18 billion in August 2026 and a year-to-date total of R$ 8.8 billion.
Following on the downside, Ser Educacional (SEER3) ended the session at R$ 13.47, down 5.87%. Ultrapar (UGPA3) closed at R$ 36.58, slipping 5.72%, after recently appearing in a survey of securities that marked 52-week extremes on B3.
