Romi (ROMI3) approved, at a Board of Directors meeting held on September 24, 2026, the distribution of interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for fiscal year 2026, in the gross amount of R$ 26,087,809.16, equivalent to R$ 0.28 per share, to be credited against the mandatory dividends for the year 2026.

Shareholders holding shares on September 29, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, and as of September 30, 2026, the shares will trade ex-interest. Payment will be made by December 31, 2027, with no monetary adjustment between the approval date and the payment date.

The JCP amount will be subject to withholding income tax at source at a rate of 17.5%, except for shareholders that are exempt or subject to a different tax treatment, resulting in a net amount of R$ 0.231 per share.

The company also reported that the amount to be paid as JCP will be credited against the mandatory dividends for 2026, as provided for in its Bylaws and Brazilian corporate law.
