Blau Farmacêutica (BLAU3) has approved the payment of interest on equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) for the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26), in the total amount of R$ 17,500,000, with a gross payment of R$ 0.07576250819 per share, excluding treasury shares.

Payment of the JCP will be made on October 8, 2026, based on shareholders of record as of September 29, 2026. As of September 30, 2026, the company’s shares will trade ex-JCP. The amount is subject to withholding income tax at a rate of 17.5%.

The JCP declared, net of withholding income tax, will be credited against the mandatory minimum dividends for fiscal year 2026, as provided for in current legislation and in the Bylaws of Blau Farmacêutica.
