On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, CESP – Companhia Energética de São Paulo, together with Auren Operações S.A. and Auren Energia S.A. (AURE3), reported that CESP filed, on the same date, a request with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) to convert its securities issuer registration from category “B” to category “A”, within the scope of Phase 2 of the corporate restructuring of the Auren Energia group.
According to the companies, the conversion will be carried out in strict compliance with the procedures set forth in Articles 9 to 13 of CVM Resolution 80 and is part of the context of the material facts disclosed on April 14, 2026 and June 24, 2026, in addition to the market announcement of June 1, 2026.
CESP, Auren Operações and Auren Energia stated that they will keep their shareholders and the market informed about subsequent developments related to the matter.
