In its September 2026 presentation, SLC Agrícola (SLCE3) reported that the company’s Net Asset Value (NAV) in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26) was R$ 27.12 per share, considering 498,745,930 shares. Net asset value totaled R$ 13.524 billion, calculated from assets such as farms valued at R$ 11.622 billion, infrastructure of R$ 3.733 billion, inventories of R$ 3.039 billion, biological assets of R$ 3.227 billion and cash and financial investments of R$ 842 million, net of suppliers, notes payable, gross debt adjusted by derivatives and customer advances.
In the same 2Q26, SLC Agrícola’s consolidated gross financial debt totaled R$ 8.261 billion, composed of debt in reais and in US dollars. After derivative adjustments, gross debt came to R$ 8.465 billion and, after deducting cash of R$ 926.6 million, adjusted net debt reached R$ 7.539 billion. The Adjusted Net Debt/Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) ratio for the last 12 months stood at 3.09x in the period.
The company also presented a leverage history, showing that the adjusted Net Debt/EBITDA ratio increased from 0.74x in 2020 to 1.97x in 2025. The disclosed debt maturity schedule indicates that 22% of the debt is short term and 78% is long term, with maturities distributed between 2026 and after 2032.
Among return indicators, SLC Agrícola reported that adjusted NAV rose from R$ 19.80 per share in 2021 to R$ 26.60 in 2025. Over the same period, return on invested capital (ROIC) ranged from 37.0% in 2021 to 10.0% in 2025, while return on equity (ROE) moved from 44.5% to 7.7%. The average dividend yield in the 2021–2025 period was 5.2%, compared with an average net CDI of 9.4%.
The company also highlighted its operating cash generation between 2021 and 2025, with consolidated adjusted EBITDA ranging from R$ 1.685 billion to R$ 3.118 billion in the period and adjusted EBITDA margins varying from 29% to 42%. Annual net income fluctuated from R$ 482 million to R$ 1.337 billion, with net margins between 7% and 26%.
