Mid-session this Thursday, the Ibovespa was up 0.10% at 185,726.09 points, moving in the opposite direction of the decline seen earlier in the morning. On the biggest gainers list, in addition to GFSA3, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) advanced 6.67% to R$ 0.80, keeping the share below the R$ 1.00 threshold amid the company’s recent plan to bring the stock price back into compliance with the minimum price requirement by March 1, 2027. DASA (DASA3) climbed 4.95% to R$ 2.97, while Enjoei (ENJU3) gained 4.00% to R$ 0.78 after recently disclosing that investor Arnaldo Goldemberg reached a 5% stake in the company, now holding 10.3 million common shares. Méliuz (CASH3) rounded out the top five advances, up 3.71% to R$ 5.59.

On the downside, after OPCT3, CSN Mineração (CMIN3) dropped 5.92% to R$ 5.72, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) fell 5.83% to R$ 6.79. Next, Paranapanema (PMAM3) slid 4.76% to R$ 0.40, after the stock recently featured in market highlights related to corporate and capital markets transactions. MRV Engenharia e Participações (MRVE3) completed the group of biggest losers, down 4.73% to R$ 5.44.

Earlier in the session, GFSA3 was already among the top performers and now reinforces its position as the day’s biggest intraday gainer. On the losers’ side, OPCT3 remains the sharpest decliner after the completion of the merger with CBO and the issuance of 275 million new shares, which started trading today, raising the company’s share capital to R$ 1.5 billion and total shares outstanding to 474.5 million.
