As of 11:20 a.m. this Thursday (17), the Ibovespa was down 0.31%, at 184,966.85 points, after a slight uptick at the B3 open. Among the highlights of the session, Gafisa (GFSA3) was up 20.83%, at R$ 0.29, while OceanPact (OPCT3) was down 11.97%, trading at R$ 9.19.
On the winners’ side, in addition to Gafisa (GFSA3), Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was up 8.00%, quoted at R$ 0.81, keeping the share above the R$ 0.80 level as the market monitors the company’s plan to bring the minimum share price back into compliance by March 1, 2027. Enjoei (ENJU3) gained 2.67%, to R$ 0.77, after recently reporting that investor Arnaldo Goldemberg reached a 5% stake in the company, now holding 10.3 million common shares.
Following in the gainers’ sequence, Recrusul (RCSL4) advanced 2.56%, to R$ 0.40, while OranjeBTC (OBTC3) rose 2.23%, to R$ 6.43. Recently, OranjeBTC reported that Winklevoss Capital reduced its stake to 19%, now holding 28.48 million common shares after sales carried out on September 14.
Among the biggest losers in this session, OceanPact (OPCT3) was in first place, at R$ 9.19 (-11.97%), after the company completed the merger of CBO and announced the issuance of 275 million new shares, raising its share capital to R$ 1.5 billion and the total number of shares to 474.5 million, with the new shares starting to trade as of September 17. CSN Mineração (CMIN3) fell 5.59%, to R$ 5.74, while Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) dropped 5.42%, to R$ 6.11.
Rounding out the group of the five biggest losses so far, Moura Dubeux (MDNE3) was trading at R$ 23.69, down 4.78%, and Construtora Tenda (TEND3) slipped 4.68%, to R$ 29.34. In a recent previous session, Tenda was among the weekly decliners on B3 amid a change in the company’s leadership and the announcement of its inclusion in the Ibovespa index and the IBrX 50 (Brazil 50 Index).
