Arnaldo Goldemberg reached a 5.02% stake in the share capital of Enjoei (ENJU3) on September 16, 2026, and now holds 10,288,536 common shares of the company, all acquired through trades on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

According to a notice sent to Enjoei, the acquisition is for investment purposes, with no intention of taking control or changing the company’s management structure, and the investor states that he does not hold any other securities or derivatives backed by the company’s shares. Goldemberg also states that he is a party to the company’s shareholders’ agreement entered into on October 5, 2020, as amended on August 23, 2022.
