As of 3:35 p.m. this Wednesday (9), the Ibovespa was down 0.91% at 185,651.21 points, maintaining the downward movement seen throughout the session. Among the highlights of the day, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) was up 15.33%, trading at R$ 1.73, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 18.37%, at R$ 0.40.
On the positive side, AZTE3 extended its gains compared to earlier in the session, consolidating itself as the top gainer of the trading day so far. OranjeBTC (OBTC3) followed among the biggest gainers, rising 6.15% to R$ 7.42. SLC Agrícola (SLCE3), which had already been among the standouts since the opening, advanced 5.52%, trading at R$ 17.78. Shares of Portobello (PTBL3) were quoted at R$ 1.59, up 3.92%, while Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) climbed 3.63% to R$ 6.86.
On the losing side, PMAM3 reversed the performance seen in recent sessions and appeared as the biggest decliner on B3 at the time of the survey, falling 18.37% to R$ 0.40. Among the other losses, Raízen (RAIZ4) was down 7.14% at R$ 0.26, and Simpar (SIMH3) dropped 6.96%, quoted at R$ 7.75, after having already featured among the largest negative moves in earlier updates of the day. Construtora Tenda (TEND3), recently added to the Ibovespa, fell 6.31% to R$ 32.94, while CVC (CVCB3) lost 6.01%, trading at R$ 1.72.
Compared to the latest updates of this session, AZTE3 remained among the main upside highlights, although with a slightly smaller gain than at previous moments, when it climbed as much as 16.0%. SIMH3 and PMAM3 stayed on the list of the biggest intraday swings, alternating positions among the sharpest decliners throughout the session.
