By mid-afternoon this Wednesday (09/09), the Ibovespa was down 0.89% at 185,689.67 points, in line with the downward move seen earlier on B3. Among the session’s biggest movers, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) extended gains to R$ 1.74, up 16.00%, while Simpar (SIMH3) ranked among the steepest decliners, trading at R$ 7.77, a drop of 6.72%.
Compared with the latest updates from this session, AZTE3, which earlier was up 12.0%, accelerated its advance to 16.00%, remaining the top gainer of the session at the time of the snapshot. SLC Agrícola (SLCE3), which at the open rose as much as 6.35%, was now trading at R$ 17.79, up 5.58%. OranjeBTC (OBTC3) was among the positive highlights, at R$ 7.34, an increase of 5.01%, while Recrusul (RCSL4) climbed to R$ 0.44, a gain of 4.76%. Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional - CSN (CSNA3) also appeared on the list of top gainers, trading at R$ 6.84, up 3.32%.
On the downside, in addition to SIMH3, CVC (CVCB3) was in negative territory, quoted at R$ 1.72, a decline of 6.01%. Construtora Tenda (TEND3), which recently joined the Ibovespa, was at R$ 33.05, down 6.00%. União Pet Participações (AUAU3) fell to R$ 3.83, a drop of 5.67%, while Movida (MOVI3) was trading at R$ 7.77, down 5.36%. Thus, the B3 session continued into the afternoon with the Ibovespa in negative territory and significant moves both among the top gainers and the steepest decliners.
