At the opening of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was down 1.32%, at 184,885.14 points, while shares of SLC Agrícola (SLCE3) were up 6.35%, at R$ 17.92, and shares of Paranapanema (PMAM3) were down 12.24%, quoted at R$ 0.43, posting the largest intraday gain and loss so far.
Among the main gainers in the first trades of the session, in addition to SLCE3, were Gafisa (GFSA3), Recrusul (RCSL4), Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) and OranjeBTC (OBTC3). GFSA3 was trading at R$ 0.22, up 4.76%, while RCSL4 also rose 4.76%, to R$ 0.44. AZTE3 was up 4.67%, at R$ 1.57, and OBTC3 advanced 4.43%, quoted at R$ 7.30.
On the losers’ side, after PMAM3, the biggest declines involved stocks linked to the services and construction sectors. Simpar (SIMH3) fell 6.60%, trading at R$ 7.78. Construtora Tenda (TEND3) dropped 5.97%, to R$ 33.06, while Movida (MOVI3) slid 5.60%, to R$ 7.75. União Pet Participações (AUAU3) rounded out the list of the five biggest losers, down 5.42%, at R$ 3.84.
These moves reflect, up to the time of the latest data available this morning, a start of the session marked by a decline in the Ibovespa index and significant swings in lower-priced stocks from various sectors, such as agribusiness, homebuilding, services and exposure to digital assets.
