On Tuesday afternoon, the Ibovespa was up 1.75%, at 188,445.48 points, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was up 40.63%, at R$ 0.45, and Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) was down 8.76%, at R$ 1.25, according to data from 3:40 p.m. Compared to earlier partial readings in the session, PMAM3 extended gains from the +15.63% and +9.38% seen earlier, while the Ibovespa accelerated from the +1.36% and +1.61% readings reported previously.

Among the top gainers of the session, besides Paranapanema (PMAM3), Simpar (SIMH3) was up 9.07%, quoted at R$ 8.42. Next, Armac (ARML3) advanced 7.81%, at R$ 4.14. In the real estate sector, Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) was up 6.76%, trading at R$ 2.21. Viveo (VVEO3), which had already appeared among the standouts at earlier moments in the day, rose 6.58%, to R$ 0.81.

On the downside, Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) led losses, falling 8.76%, to R$ 1.25. Portobello (PTBL3) came next, dropping 8.38%, to R$ 1.53, after having already figured among the main losers in a previous update of this session. CVC (CVCB3) was down 6.38%, with its shares trading at R$ 1.76. Alpargatas (ALPA4), which had also appeared among the earlier negative standouts, retreated 4.13%, to R$ 13.01, while LWSA (LWSA3) fell 3.55%, quoted at R$ 4.07.

As a result, in the 3:40 p.m. update, the session continued with the Ibovespa in positive territory and the largest gains concentrated in PMAM3, SIMH3, ARML3, HBOR3 and VVEO3, while ONCO3, PTBL3, CVCB3, ALPA4 and LWSA3 ranked among the biggest losers of the day on B3.
