Midway through Tuesday’s trading session, the Ibovespa was up 1.36% at 187,719.94 points, with a highlight on the rally in Paranapanema (PMAM3), which was rising 15.63% to R$ 0.37, and on the drop in Dotz (DOTZ3), which was falling 11.50% to R$ 9.08. Among other stocks with notable moves were Viveo (VVEO3), at R$ 0.83, up 9.21%, and Alpargatas (ALPA4), which was down 5.67%, quoted at R$ 12.80.
Compared with previous updates in this session, Paranapanema (PMAM3) extended its gains: after posting a 9.38% increase in a prior report, it was now up 15.63%, remaining the top gainer of the session so far, trading at R$ 0.37. Viveo (VVEO3), which earlier showed an 11.84% gain, was now up 9.21% at R$ 0.83. Among the other gainers, Armac (ARML3) advanced 7.81% to R$ 4.14, Simpar (SIMH3) gained 7.51% to R$ 8.30, and Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) was up 6.28% at R$ 2.20.
On the losing side, Dotz (DOTZ3) remained the biggest intraday decliner, down 11.50% at R$ 9.08. Portobello (PTBL3) fell 7.19% to R$ 1.55, while Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) lost 6.57% to R$ 1.28. Alpargatas (ALPA4), which in a previous update was down 4.05%, was now showing a 5.67% drop at R$ 12.80. CVC (CVCB3) rounded out the list of the five biggest losers, trading at R$ 1.78, down 5.32%.
The data reflect the B3 landscape at around 2:35 p.m. (Brasília time), with the Ibovespa remaining in positive territory and a rotation between sharply rising and falling stocks throughout the session.
