In the middle of Wednesday’s trading session, the Ibovespa was up 2.69%, at 184,561.44 points, while Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) advanced 17.75%, to R$ 5.44, and Casas Bahia (BHIA3) fell 22.22%, quoted at R$ 0.70. Among the biggest moves on B3, Dotz (DOTZ3), Braskem (BRKM5), Recrusul (RCSL4), Grupo Vamos (VAMO3), Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4), Rumo Logística (RAIL3), Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) and Cosan (CSAN3) also appeared.
On the gainers’ side, Magazine Luiza remained the top performer of the session, with MGLU3 trading at R$ 5.44, up 17.75%. Dotz (DOTZ3) ranked second, at R$ 12.85, with a 15.35% gain. Braskem (BRKM5) came next, at R$ 4.89, advancing 15.33%. Following that, Recrusul (RCSL4) was quoted at R$ 0.47, up 14.63%, while Grupo Vamos (VAMO3) traded at R$ 3.40, with a 14.09% gain.
On the decliners’ side, Casas Bahia posted the biggest intraday drop, with BHIA3 at R$ 0.70, down 22.22%. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) showed the second-steepest loss, at R$ 1.54, a decline of 6.67%. Rumo Logística (RAIL3) was trading at R$ 14.69, down 3.99%, while Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) fell 3.70%, to R$ 1.04. Among the five biggest drops, Cosan (CSAN3) rounded out the list, quoted at R$ 3.85, down 3.02%.
Compared with earlier snapshots of the session, the Ibovespa is now up 2.69%, after having posted gains of 2.51% and 3.28% at previous points in the day. MGLU3, which had already recorded intraday highs of 12.99%, 21.9% and 23.16%, at this snapshot was showing a 17.75% gain. BHIA3, which had previously fallen 14.44% and then 18.9%, was now extending its loss to 22.22%, remaining among the day’s main negative standouts.
