Compared with earlier updates in this session, the index pared gains from the 3.28% previously recorded, while MGLU3 eased from the 23.16% move reported before, and BHIA3 deepened losses versus the 14.44% drop mentioned in prior readings.
Among the top gainers of the day, Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) remained the standout, trading at R$ 5.63, up 21.86%. Recrusul (RCSL4) appeared in second place, quoted at R$ 0.47, up 14.63%, above the 7.32% recorded shortly after the opening of this session. Next, Grupo Vamos (VAMO3) was trading at R$ 3.40, up 14.09%, while Braskem (BRKM5) was quoted at R$ 4.83, a gain of 13.92%. Dotz (DOTZ3) rounded out the group of the five biggest gainers, at R$ 12.65, up 13.55%.
On the downside, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) led the declines, at R$ 0.73, down 18.89%, extending losses compared with earlier updates in this session. Cosan (CSAN3) came next, quoted at R$ 3.75, down 5.54%. Rumo Logística (RAIL3) was trading at R$ 14.55, a drop of 4.90%, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) was at R$ 1.57, down 4.85%. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) closed out the list of the five biggest intraday losers, at R$ 1.03, down 4.63%.
Thus, compared with the first moves of the session, the Ibovespa kept its upward trajectory, albeit at a level slightly below the 3.28% already seen in this same session. Among the stocks mentioned in earlier reports, Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) remained among the day’s top gainers, while Recrusul (RCSL4) now showed a double-digit advance and Casas Bahia (BHIA3) stayed among the biggest decliners this Wednesday on B3.
