Brandes Investment Partners, a US investment advisory firm, reported that, as of August 19, 2026, its clients’ consolidated stake in Embraer (EMBJ3) fell to 36,457,436.08 shares, corresponding to 4.92% of the total shares issued by the company.

According to Brandes, the change in ownership is not intended to alter Embraer’s control structure or management structure and, apart from the investment management agreements, there is no agreement between the manager and its clients regarding joint action, exercise of voting rights, or trading of the company’s securities.
