Embraer (EMBR3) reported on Thursday, August 20, 2026, that Maurício Augusto Silveira de Medeiros has resigned from his position as a member of the company’s board of directors. The board member was appointed by the Federal Government, holder of the Golden Share, and the resignation will take effect as of September 1, 2026.

According to Embraer’s Bylaws, alternate board member Walcyr Josué de Castilho Araújo will assume the vacant position until the next Annual General Meeting is held.
