Biomm (BIOM3) reported net income of R$ 1.8 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), reversing the R$ 13.7 million loss from 2Q25. In the same period, net operating revenue totaled R$ 89.4 million, up 229.0% compared to 2Q25, with gross profit of R$ 35.9 million and a gross margin of 40.1%.

In the first half of 2026 (1H26), the company posted net income of R$ 11.5 million, versus a net loss of R$ 25.5 million in 1H25. Net operating revenue for the half-year came to R$ 181.9 million, an increase of 172.5% over the same period of the previous year, while gross profit reached R$ 69.7 million, growth of 334.2%.

EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was positive at R$ 11.1 million in 2Q26, compared to a negative result of R$ 12.0 million in 2Q25. In 1H26, EBITDA totaled R$ 23.5 million, reversing the negative R$ 24.0 million indicator from 1H25, and the total for the last two audited half-years (2H25 and 1H26) amounts to R$ 50 million.

Consolidated financial result was a negative R$ 4.2 million in 2Q26, a deterioration from the negative R$ 0.9 million in 2Q25, and negative R$ 3.5 million in 1H26, versus a negative R$ 0.7 million in 1H25. According to the company, this performance is mainly due to the lower volume of invested funds, since cash was used for inventory buildup, which should keep this line under pressure in the coming quarters, although below the projected growth in revenue and earnings.

In June 2026, Biomm’s consolidated corporate gross debt was R$ 70.8 million, a 26.7% reduction compared to the R$ 96.6 million in December 2025. The ratio of corporate net debt to EBITDA for the last 12 months stood at 1.4x in June 2026, or 0.8x considering the lower end of the 2026 EBITDA guidance, reaffirmed between R$ 90 million and R$ 100 million.
