On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. (Taesa – TAEE3, TAEE4 and TAEE11) approved the distribution of proceeds totaling R$ 206,781,450.18, based on distributable profit calculated on June 30, 2026. The amount corresponds to R$ 0.20007944484 per TAEE3 and TAEE4 share and R$ 0.60023833452 per TAEE11 unit, combining interim dividends and Interest on Equity (JCP).

Of the total, R$ 82,942,850.32 will be paid as interim dividends, equivalent to R$ 0.08025458488 per TAEE3 and TAEE4 share and R$ 0.24076375464 per TAEE11 unit. Interest on Equity (JCP) amounts to R$ 123,838,599.86, which represents R$ 0.11982485996 per TAEE3 and TAEE4 share and R$ 0.35947457988 per TAEE11 unit.

Payment of the interim dividends and JCP is scheduled for November 26, 2026, based on shareholders of record on August 14, 2026. As of August 17, 2026, Taesa’s shares and units will trade on B3 “ex-interim dividends and JCP”.

Income tax will be withheld at source on the amount to be paid as JCP, in accordance with current legislation, except for shareholders that are exempt or immune.
