On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, B3 (B3SA3) reported net income attributable to shareholders of R$ 1,698.8 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), up 28.2% compared to 2Q25. Net revenue reached R$ 2,765.7 million, an increase of 8.8% in the same comparison, while the financial result was a positive R$ 139.3 million.
Recurring net income totaled R$ 1,376.6 million in 2Q26, an increase of 8.0% year over year, and recurring earnings per share were R$ 0.28, up 12.3%. Basic earnings per share reached R$ 0.34, an increase of 33.3%, also influenced by the execution of the share buyback program over the last 12 months. Recurring EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled R$ 1,938.6 million, up 13.0% year over year, with a recurring margin of 70.2%.
B3’s total revenue was R$ 3,081.4 million in 2Q26, growth of 12.2% versus 2Q25, reflecting expansion in all segments. Pro-cyclical revenues rose 7.9%, while the group of recurring revenues grew 17.3%. In Equities, average daily trading volume (ADTV) reached R$ 31.3 billion, up 20.1% year over year, with highlights for BDRs, up 41.8%, and Listed Funds, up 73.6%. In Derivatives, average daily volume traded was 11.1 million contracts, down 8.3%, mainly impacted by lower volume in cryptoassets.
Total expenses came to R$ 975.6 million in the quarter, up 15.5% compared to 2Q25, influenced by extraordinary expenses related to changes in the Executive Board and by higher revenue-linked expenses, including the new billing model for the Sistema Nacional de Gravames (SNG). Adjusted expenses were R$ 611.2 million, an increase of 6.2% on the same basis of comparison. At the end of June 2026, B3 had total assets of R$ 49.0 billion and gross debt of R$ 14.9 billion, equivalent to 2.0 times recurring EBITDA for the last 12 months.
Regarding shareholder remuneration, the company approved the payment of R$ 1,106.0 million in interest on equity (JCP), of which R$ 356.0 million were ordinary and R$ 750.0 million were extraordinary, referring to balances not used in prior years. Including share buybacks of R$ 196.9 million in the period, total distributions came to R$ 1,302.9 million in 2Q26. In the quarter, B3 also exercised a put option on its 37.5% stake in associate Dimensa, for R$ 665 million, generating a non-recurring positive impact of R$ 123.9 million on results.
