On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, CSU Digital (CSUD3) released its results for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), reporting net income of R$ 20.1 million and a margin of 11.4%. Net revenue hit a record R$ 176.1 million, an increase of 13.8% compared to 2Q25, while EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) totaled R$ 49.2 million, up 3.6% on the same comparison.

Gross profit was R$ 77.8 million in 2Q26, an increase of 20.9% versus 2Q25, with a gross margin of 44.2%, 2.6 percentage points higher than the previous year. The company reported that both EBITDA and net income were pressured by investments in the expansion of its international operations and in strengthening its commercial and technology areas.

The CSU Pays unit accounted for 59% of revenue and 80% of gross profit, with net revenue of R$ 104.1 million in 2Q26, an increase of 5.9% versus 2Q25. CSU DX, in turn, represented 41% of revenue and 20% of gross profit, posting net revenue of R$ 71.9 million, up 27.7% on the same basis of comparison.

In the quarter, the company distributed R$ 7.1 million in interest on equity (JCP). CSU Digital also reported net interest-bearing debt of R$ 5.7 million at the end of June 2026, compared with a net cash position of R$ 75.6 million in June 2025, with a last-12-months net interest-bearing debt/EBITDA ratio of 0.03x.
