Cury Construtora e Incorporadora (CURY3) reported net income from operations (100%) of R$ 311.2 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), with a net margin of 18.4%. In the same period, net revenue reached R$ 1,690.6 million and the adjusted gross margin was 39.8%, stable compared to 2Q25.

In the first six months of 2026 (6M26), net income from operations (100%) totaled R$ 662.4 million, an increase of 32.3% compared to R$ 500.8 million in 6M25, with a net margin of 20.1%. Net income attributable to Cury was R$ 270.5 million in 2Q26 and R$ 573.3 million in 6M26, with net margins of 16.0% and 17.4%, respectively.

The company reported that EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 387.0 million in 2Q26, growth of 19.8% compared to 2Q25, with an EBITDA margin of 22.9%. Net revenue in 6M26 was R$ 3,303.2 million, an increase of 28.9% over 6M25, while gross profit totaled R$ 1,298.0 million, with a gross margin of 39.3% in the period.

Operationally, Cury reported positive operating cash generation of R$ 144.9 million in 2Q26, 40.2% higher than in 2Q25, totaling R$ 238.2 million in 6M26. The landbank closed the quarter with potential General Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 26,092.8 million, up 23.6% compared to 2Q25, and return on equity (ROE) was 73.6% in the last 12 months.

In August 2026, the company also announced the additional distribution of R$ 190.0 million in dividends, and closed June 30, 2026 with cash and equivalents of R$ 1,633.7 million, gross debt of R$ 1,343.1 million and net cash of R$ 290.6 million, with 86.7% of debt maturities in the long term.
