On Monday, August 10, 2026, the board of directors of Cury Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. (CURY3) approved the distribution of interim dividends in the total amount of R$ 190,000,000, corresponding to R$ 0.6167878071 per common share issued by the company, related to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Shareholders registered in Cury’s records as of August 14, 2026, including trades carried out up to and including that date, will be entitled to the dividends. The shares will be traded “ex-dividends” as of August 17, 2026.
The dividends will be paid in Brazilian currency, in a single installment, on September 8, 2026, with no monetary adjustment or interest between the declaration date and the actual payment date.
On the payment date, the company will credit the amounts due based on the number of shares held by each shareholder on the record date of August 14, 2026, using the bank details provided to BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, the institution responsible for share registration.
Shareholders with incomplete registration, without a CPF/CNPJ or banking information, will receive the dividends only after updating their records and within the deadlines set by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM. The amounts distributed will be charged against the mandatory minimum dividends for the 2026 fiscal year.
