Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. (Taesa – TAEE3, TAEE4 and TAEE11) reported this Monday, August 10, 2026, that it has obtained the Installation License (LI) from CETESB for the Estância 440/138 kV substation and associated line sections of the Juruá project, related to lot 3 of transmission auction no. 02/2024. The Juruá project has a total Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) of R$ 20.5 million in the 2026–2027 cycle, already including PIS/COFINS.
According to the company, obtaining the Installation License is a milestone for the project, as it allows the start of construction on the planned facilities. Juruá is 100% controlled by Taesa, has ANEEL Capex of R$ 244.0 million, a length of 1.2 km and the 440/138 kV Estância substation located in the municipality of Barra Bonita, in the State of São Paulo.
The deadline set by ANEEL for the start-up of the Juruá project is June 2028.
