Technos (TECN3) reported that, based on the balance sheet as of September 30, 2025, it will pay on August 19, 2026 the second installment of compensation to shareholders, in the total amount of R$ 10,000,000. The updated amount per share will be R$ 0.1641, calculated considering the total number of shares issued by the company on the record date.

Investors holding shares on December 30, 2025, the record date set by Technos, will be entitled to receive the payment.
