Grupo Vamos (VAMO3) reported in a material fact released on Monday, August 10, 2026, that the Board of Directors was informed of the decision by José Cezário Menezes de Barros Sobrinho to resign, for personal reasons, from the positions of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) of the company. The executive will remain fully in office until August 17, 2026.

Following the resignation, Vamos elected Rodrigo Araujo de Faria, the current non-statutory Investor Relations Officer, to temporarily hold the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO), effective as of August 17, 2026.
