On Monday, August 10, 2026, Embraer (EMBJ3) announced that it has revised its guidance for 2026, compared with the Material Fact released on March 6, 2026. The company maintained its delivery estimates of 80 to 85 aircraft in Commercial Aviation and 160 to 170 aircraft in Executive Aviation, as well as the range of consolidated revenue between US$ 8.2 billion and US$ 8.5 billion.
The main change was in the projection for adjusted EBIT margin (earnings before interest and taxes, adjusted), which increased from the range of 8.7% to 9.3% to 10.0% to 10.6%. Embraer also revised its free cash flow, from US$ 200 million or more to US$ 400 million or more.
According to the company, the new projections reflect the current opportunities and risks of its businesses and will be incorporated into section 3 of the Reference Form, and will be available on the Embraer and CVM websites within the applicable legal deadlines.
