OranjeBTC (OBTC3) reported that, between August 3 and 9, 2026, it did not trade in its own shares and acquired 2 Bitcoin for its treasury, in line with its Share Repurchase Trading Policy. During the period, the company kept 146,711,433 common shares outstanding, excluding treasury shares.

The 2 Bitcoin were purchased at an average price of R$ 327,337.37 per unit, equivalent to US$ 64,299.79, totaling R$ 654,674.74 (US$ 129,599.58), at an average exchange rate of R$ 5.0908 per dollar.

With the new purchase, the total Bitcoin in reserves reached 3,950 BTC. The disclosed metrics indicate BTC per share of 2.692 Sats/Share and 37,142 shares per Bitcoin, as well as a Gross BTC Yield of 0.05% since August 2, 4.15% in 3Q26, 17.52% in 2026 and 20.33% on a cumulative basis.

According to the company, in a week of lower market volatility, the strategy was to continue increasing reserves, with the stated goal of raising Bitcoin per share for shareholders over time.
