On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Brava Energia (BRAV3) announced the execution of a new long-term contract for the purchase and sale of crude oil produced by PetroReconcavo in the Potiguar Asset, effective from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030. Until the beginning of this period, the commercial addenda currently in effect will remain valid.

The contract establishes a reciprocal commitment for the purchase and sale of at least 50% of PetroReconcavo’s net oil production from the fields of the Potiguar Asset. The document consolidates the commercial and operational conditions between the parties and represents the first long-term partnership between the companies, increasing the predictability and stability of commercial flows.

According to Brava Energia, the agreement incorporates advances in the pricing methodology, maintaining price components tied to market indicators for refining activity and mechanisms that more accurately reflect the characteristics of the oil produced in the Potiguar Asset. The company states that these elements strengthen incentives for operational efficiency and alignment between market conditions and the commercialization of production.
