Petrobras (PETR4) approved on Thursday, August 6, 2026, the distribution of shareholder remuneration for fiscal year 2026, in the total amount of R$ 17.4 billion, equivalent to R$ 1.34814262 per outstanding common and preferred share. The advance payment was declared based on the balance sheet as of June 30, 2026, and is in line with the Shareholder Remuneration Policy, which calls for the distribution of 45% of free cash flow when gross debt is at or below the limit defined in the strategic plan.

For investors holding Petrobras shares traded on B3, the record date will be August 21, 2026, and the shares will trade ex-rights as of August 24, 2026. For holders of ADRs traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the record date will be August 25, 2026.

The distributions will be paid in two equal installments of R$ 0.67407131 per outstanding common and preferred share. The first installment will be paid on November 23, 2026, entirely as interest on equity (JCP – Juros sobre Capital Próprio). The second installment will be paid on December 21, 2026, consisting of R$ 0.47156696 per share in dividends and R$ 0.20250435 per share in JCP.

For ADRs, payments of the first and second installments will be made, respectively, from December 1 and December 29, 2026. The company emphasizes that the amounts paid will be subject to withholding income tax in accordance with current tax legislation and that these distributions will be deducted from the remuneration to be approved at the 2027 Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2026, adjusted by the Selic rate from each payment date until the end of the fiscal year.
