Vittia (VITT3) reported this Thursday, August 6, 2026, that it has set a timeline to bring the composition of its Audit Committee back into compliance with the requirements of B3’s Novo Mercado segment, following the July 2026 resignation of a board member who served as an independent member on that committee.

With the departure of this member, announced on July 15, 2026, Vittia’s Audit Committee was left temporarily without an independent board member, no longer meeting the requirement set out in the Novo Mercado rulebook.

The company stated that it is taking the necessary steps to appoint a new independent member of the Board of Directors to the Audit Committee. The appointment will be decided at a board meeting to be held within 90 days from this Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Vittia reaffirmed its commitment to corporate governance practices and to full compliance with the requirements of the Novo Mercado rulebook.
