Allos (ALOS3) reported this Thursday, August 6, 2026, that it became aware of the circulation of financial metrics related to its second-quarter 2026 (2Q26) results and confirmed that these figures correspond to the information that will be included in the company’s official earnings release.
According to the statement, Allos’s net revenue in 2Q26 was R$ 732.3 million, representing an 11.6% increase compared with the same period of the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) totaled R$ 525.4 million in the quarter, up 10.5% year over year.
The company’s net income in 2Q26 was R$ 294 million, a 57.7% increase compared with the second quarter of the previous year, according to the figures previously disclosed in the material fact.
Allos emphasized that these metrics represent only part of the quarter’s results and do not include all the operational, financial, and managerial information needed for a full understanding of its performance.
The company also stated that the earnings release, financial statements, and other disclosure materials related to 2Q26 will be made available to the market after the close of trading this Thursday, in line with the previously released corporate calendar.
