Assaí (ASAI3) reported in a material fact notice this Thursday, August 6, 2026, that the board of directors approved the election of Rafael Sachete da Silva as Investor Relations Officer of Sendas Distribuidora S.A., combining the role with the Finance vice presidency (CFO) he already holds.

Belmiro Figueiredo Gomes, who had been serving as Investor Relations Officer, will leave this position and remain as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), maintaining executive leadership and management of the business.
