In the release of its second-quarter 2026 results on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Estapar (ALPK3) reported net income of R$ 9.9 million, an increase of 61.0% compared to 2Q25. In the same period, net revenue totaled R$ 524.0 million, a record for the company.

Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 105.0 million in 2Q26, up 18.3% year over year, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 20.0%. Adjusted EBIT came to R$ 56.5 million, 24.2% above 2Q25, with a margin of 10.8%.

Estapar also reported adjusted cash gross profit of R$ 141.7 million in the quarter, an increase of 15.1% from a year earlier. The operating base reached 851 operations and 558,200 parking spaces, with churn of 0.12% in 2Q26.

On the cash side, adjusted operating cash flow was R$ 133.8 million in the quarter. Net debt stood at R$ 788.9 million at the end of June 2026, a reduction of R$ 35.8 million compared to March 2026, and the cost of debt fell by 45 basis points compared to 2Q25.

In digital businesses, revenue from the Zul+ app reached R$ 8.5 million in 2Q26, an increase of 17.2% versus 2Q25, while Zletric, the e-mobility operation, reported revenue of R$ 3.0 million, growth of 100.4% on the same comparison basis. The company opened 17 new operations in the quarter, totaling 36 openings in the first half of 2026.
